Plans offered are: a qualified high deductible health plan (QHDHP), and a PPO plan. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service. QHDHP (Base plan) Premiums for Employee Only Coverage: 100% paid by TradeNet for non-tobacco users. Employees have the option of buying up to the other PPO plan offered.
Delta Dental of Kansas administers the dental plan for eligible employees. Participants select a dentist or specialist of their choice from the Delta Premier directory. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service. Dental Premiums for Employee Only Coverage: 100% paid by TradeNet.
TradeNet offers eligible employees and their families vision coverage through the Vision Service Plan (VSP). The VSP offers allowances and deep discounts on exams, frames, lenses, contacts and much more. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service. TradeNet provides eligible employees and their families with term life insurance through USAble. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service. Two plans are available: Basic and Optional.
• Basic Employee benefit is one times your annual salary (Life and AD&D). Dependent benefit is $2,000 each. Basic Life Premiums: 100% paid by TradeNet.
• Optional Eligible employees may purchase additional term life insurance for themselves and their family members. Premiums are determined by age and amount of insurance purchased. Employees pay the premiums through payroll deductions.
Eligible employees have the option of opening a Health Savings Account (HSA). An HSA combines a lower premium, Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) with an employee-directed, tax-advantaged savings account. An HSA works much like an IRA. The money is yours and rolls over year to year, accumulating as you age, and from one qualified HDHP to another. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service and enrollment in a QHDHP plan.
Eligible employees are automatically covered for both short and long term disability benefits through USAble. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service. Disability Premiums: 100% paid by TradeNet.
TradeNet provides in-house training and cross-training programs and sends employees to workshops and seminars on work issues. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service.
As an employee in the promotional products industry, TradeNet employees and their dependents may qualify for college scholarships up to $2,500 annually from the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI).
The 401(k) plan, administered by American United Life, allows employees to plan for retirement on a tax-free basis. Eligible employees may contribute up to the IRS-allowed maximum to the plan. Eligibility: First of month following 60 days of service and 21 years of age.
TradeNet offers flexible work schedules in order to help employees achieve a healthy balance between work and home.
PTO is a paid leave pool for time away from work due to vacation, illness and personal reasons. Leave accrual begins on the hire date for eligible employees. Leave accrues bi-weekly, following the pay period cycle and is available at the beginning of the next pay period for all eligible employees. The accrual rate is based on length of service and employment classification.
TradeNet provides 6 paid holidays per year for eligible employees. The holidays observed by TradeNet are: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Eligibility: 60 days of service.
TradeNet provides up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid leave to eligible employees for situations covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Eligibility: 12 months and 1,250 hours worked.
Bereavement Leave, Jury Duty Leave and Military Leaves of Absence are available for eligible employees. Paid leave is provided for community volunteer activities.
